BD guarantees that the Product will be free from defects in material, construction, and design for the lifetime of the Product.
This warranty guarantees that the Product will be free from defects in material, construction, and design for the lifetime of the Product, including but not limited to, the following: optical seals, hinge breakage, bond of telescopes to “Carrier Lenses”, “Carrier Lenses” breakage, collimation, and frames. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all frames contain parts that are considered replaceable maintenance parts and are excluded from this warranty. These items include, but are not limited to, nose pads, temple tips, and auxiliary items such as head straps.If the Company determines that the Product (or its parts) are defective and covered under this warranty, the Company will, in its sole discretion, either (i) have the defective Product or part(s) repaired by the Company or its authorised representative, or (ii) replace the defective Product or part(s) with a new or refurbished Product or part(s).
This warranty does not cover any damage, breakage, or failure due to (i) mistreatment, (ii) misuse, (iii) neglect, (iv) tampering, (v) shipping, (vi) failure to follow the Product user manuals, maintenance instructions, or warnings, (vii) modifications or repairs performed by the purchaser or a third party without the Company’s prior written consent, (vii) normal wear and tear, and/or (viii) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

For procedures where a full arch and soft tissues need to be visible, the 3.8x are recommended. We pioneered the full arch field of view at 5x, and our 5.7x Refractives have gone one step further by retaining the full arch field of view. The 7.2x allows canine to canine field of view, this mean that the highest magnification tends to be for high level precision and single tooth dentistry. Our groundbreaking field of view even at high magnifications means that you can use your Refractives all day.

Yes, we can either add your prescription to your Refractives or you can wear them with your contact lenses in as normal.

deemed faulty, we may ask you to return your product for quality control purposes.

For all other international deliveries, shipping is free over

If your order contains bespoke loupes /
Refractives, they will typically ship 6-8 weeks after we have received all your details and we
have an authorised mandate, deposit or payment in place.
If your loupes / Refractives
are more complex in design due to individual variation in measurements, it can take longer. We
are unable to speed up this process without compromising the result due to the high levels of
engineering that go into each order. We thank you for your patience in advance.
For
non-bespoke items, we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours after payment authorisation;
however if for whatever reason we are not able to fulfill your order within this time frame we
will inform you of estimated delivery.
