Warranty

Limited Liability PolicyBryant Dental will repair any electrical issue arising from a manufacturing defect for a period of 5 years, without charge.  The liability will not exceed the amount you originally paid for the product. The warranty does not cover defects arising from negligence, product modification, unauthorised repairs, accidental damage, theft, loss, or natural disasters.

Conditions

  • Only use supplied wall charger, using another charger will damage the batteries and invalidate the warranty.
  • Do not immerse any of the C-Flo parts in water.
  • If any problems occur with the unit return to Bryant Dental for repair, attempting to repair yourself will void the warranty.
  • Do not change or modify any of the existing components without authorisation from Bryant Dental.
  • Be aware the unit can become very hot and it is possible to burn yourself.
  • Do not  leave in environments exceeding 40°C.
  • C Flo should be stored in a cool, dry place.
  • If the C Flo behaves abnormally immediately contact Bryant Dental.

FAQ's

What do the different temperatures do?

39ºC: Great for local anaesthetic
Prevent discomfort to your patients by injecting local anaesthetic at body temperature.

45ºC: Perfect for restorations
Composites warmed to this level display excellent handling characteristics and improved bond strength and depth of cure, so that your work lasts as long and as well as possible.

55ºC: Good for restorations and cementation
At this temperature composites become more flowable and working time is prolonged.

60ºC: Increase efficacy of hypochlorite.

68ºC: The right temperature for cementation of crowns, bridges and veneers
At this temperature, composite becomes  completely flowable and is ideal for cementation of crowns and bridges.

Can I have a free trial?

We don’t offer a free trial, but we do offer a risk free 30 day free trial, if you don’t love it, return it with no questions asked.

Can I return my C-Flo?

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your product, please get in contact with one of our products specialists for further details. Alternatively, contact us through one of the channels below.
Faulty items:
If you believe your product is defective, please get in touch with us via the support hub. If deemed faulty, we may ask you to return your product for quality control purposes.

How long until I get my order?

The current lead time on C Flo 2.0 is 12 weeks, however, if this changes we will get in touch with you directly to let you know.

Once your C Flo 2.0 has been manufactured, we aim to ship within 1 business day, international shipping may take up to 10 days.
