Warranty

Limited Liability Policy

Bryant Dental will repair any LED or wiring issue arising from a manufacturing defect for a period of 2 years, without charge. Batteries and filters are covered for a period of 2 years. The liability will not exceed the amount you originally paid for the product. The warranty does not cover defects arising from negligence, product modification, unauthorised repairs, accidental damage, theft, loss, or natural disasters.

Conditions

  • Only use supplied wall charger, using another charger will damage the batteries and invalidate the warranty.
  • Do not immerse any of the Ignis 4 light parts in water.
  • If any problems occur with the unit return to Bryant Dental for repair, attempting to repair yourself will void the warranty.
  • Do not change or modify any of the existing components without authorisation from Bryant Dental.
  • Do not leave the batteries on exposed skin.
  • Do not charge unattended or leave in environments exceeding 40°C.
  • Do not attach multiple batteries together.
  • Batteries should be stored in a cool, dry place.
  • If batteries behave abnormally immediately contact Bryant Dental

FAQ's

Which loupes is the Ignis 4 compatible with?

The Ignis 4 was designed to be compatible with all brands of loupe. We have custom brackets that can fit it perfectly to your system, and if by any chance we don’t, we can make one custom to you.

Can I have a free trial?

Unfortunately we don’t offer free trials, however, we offer a no questions asked 90 day free return period so if you don’t love your Ignis 4 you can return it to us for no cost and get a full refund.

Can I return my Ignis 4?

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Ignis 4, we offer free returns worldwide- please get in contact with one of our products specialists for further details. Alternatively, contact us through one of the channels below and we’ll arrange this for you.

Faulty items:

If you believe your product is defective, please get in touch with us via the support hub. If deemed faulty, we may ask you to return your product for quality control purposes.

How long until I get my order?

If you are ordering Ignis 4 without loupes or Refractives, we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours after payment authorisation; however if for whatever reason we are not able to fulfil your order within this time frame we will inform you of estimated delivery.

I’m an international customer, what import taxes and duties do I need to pay?

All import taxes and duties are automatically calculated and included in your order total so you won’t need to pay any additional taxes when they get to you.

I’m an international customer, what if something goes wrong?

In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, all of our new generation Ignis wireless headlights are serviceable worldwide.
